Vacations, Vacations, Vacations

There are things in life that come unexpectedly. Those small, insignificant things that take your breath away the second they happen and sear themselves into your heart.

Like:

  • Hyperventilating upon seeing the Hollywood sign for the first time and confusing the passenger in your car because you can't get a word out over the excitement.
  • Checking into hotels early and squealing over free parking and free booze at the hotel bar.
  • Finding out that THE Cher Lloyd is preforming for FREE at the Universal Hollywood CityWalk.
  • Meeting BumbleBee and taking awesome pictures with him.
  • Conquering both Universal Parks in the United States
I have had a busy, busy last weekend and have spent this week recovering from nonstop moving, walking and screaming. My first time in Los Angeles and it surpassed my expectations.
(Although I could do without traffic at 10:25 pm)

My next adventure? Visiting my husband in Japan this Christmas.

I am a traveling machine.

The Begining in the End

Let's start with a simple 'Hello, how do you do?'.

My name is Megan, collector of teacups and teapots, lover of all things furry and cuddly. I've had many a blog, but never have I made one revolving around my extraordinary life.
There are so many successful blogs out there, I'm not here to compete, only to share my thoughts and the daily wonders of my life with whatever community accepts them.

As you can see from my wonderful title and description, I am a currently unemployed Navy wife. My husband insists on my not having a job(I always keep looking for one anyway), because he is a manly man and must always provide for me.

Flattered, though I am, in this day and age, women can take care of themselves. However, I do enjoy the sooth and slow down of my life now. So I sit in sunny San Diego, awaiting the news of my husbands rank change so I may join him across the mighty ocean and into the beautiful country of Japan.

In this lovely blog, I shall share my life, the good and the bad, the strange and the normal.

I dance on poles, play video games until the break of dawn and write stories until my fingers bleed. I can find no other way to share my writing with the world, other than this simple blog.

I hope too see you all again.
